The client's support team is involved from the very beginning of the process, starting with a team meeting to discuss the appropriateness of Rest Assured for that individual. The support team fills out the detailed client-specific protocol forms that inform our Rest Assured Telecaregivers of each client's specific needs.
After the Rest Assured system has been installed, the support team and Rest Assured staff work together to meet the individual's needs, developing a partnership and communicating frequently. All of the reports and documentation from the Rest Assured Telecaregivers is available to the support team on a secure and password-protected website or can be emailed to the team upon request.
