Each agency, provider or family member fills out a detailed Protocol Questionnaire that addresses items such as client demographics, living environment, access and egress, detailed contact information, kitchen capabilities, dietary restrictions, health status, medication and administration issues, personal safety, sleep habits and any other items.

The Rest Assured Telecaregivers are then trained on each individual's needs so they can provide individualized supports to best meet each individual's unique needs and preferences.
