Two-way audio is included in all of our systems and used in all of the support services that we offer. Using our two-way audio capability, Telecaregivers can instantly prompt, cue, remind or coach an individual through activities of daily living. There is no need for the person to push a button or answer a phone. He or she hears a few short rings similar to a telephone and then is greeted by the Rest Assured Tele-Caregiver.

With our two-way audio capabilities, clients form relationships with their Telecaregivers and speak with them as though they were in the same room.
